Frederic [k] Gleadow was born in Hull. Census records from 1881 and 1891 show him as living at 84 Kensington Park Road, London with his wife, Gertrude and as working as a civil engineer for the Great Western Railway (GWR). He died in Malton, Yorkshire in 1920.
