Its a 4 dys trip for a [...] & others. Should be fun. Andres has [...] he did better [...] certainly cheaper! Its [sic] an amazing 10 yrs now since I got to chair in [...]. Hard to believe & and how life has changed. The [...] here is difficult for all sorts of reasons & despite dipping my toes into "cracks', they are ignored. I am going to [...] I don't know how. Its not normally [me]. [John] currently in a "stress" stuck into pressure in Univ. for some college review on budget, his mother not [well], brother divorcing again & me away a lot recently. We get some time next [...] but probably no [...] yet. Hope you are OK. As ever this card makes me think of you. With love

No. 1289. The photograph image would have been taken within Bedford's lifetime, however, it is likely that it was reproduced or sold in the 1960s because the reverse of the card carries the stamp: "P.H. Thomas, M.P.S. Chemist 20 Sep 1965 6, High Street Purton Tel. 294."
